The Alabama Crimson Tide destroyed the Tennessee Volunteers and fans lost their patience with head coach Butch Jones on Twitter.

After weeks of pulling off the miracle win, the Tennessee Volunteers saw their luck run out in overtime last week against Texas A&M. This week, the Volunteers got absolutely destroyed by the Alabama Crimson Tide and it became a little clear they were rolling on luck to begin the season and not necessarily from being a good team. As the Crimson Tide continued to pour it on the Volunteers, fans lost their patience with head coach Butch Jones.
Having seen enough from Tennessee against Alabama and feeling the impending doom, fans were calling for him to be fired on Twitter. The responses weren’t so kind, as it became clear that the head coach wasn’t as popular anymore.

Even worse for Tennessee is the fact that Florida had a big day on Saturday. The Gators were rolling over Missouri and with a win they would control their own destiny. So now, their spot as SEC East Champions is no longer guaranteed.

They have the ability to get there, but they could also be on the verge of the implosion they have escaped each week. One thing is for sure and that is fans have had it with Jones.
