Week 7 of the college football season is over and it’s time to put on our tinfoil hats and get a little overzealous.

Week 7 of the college football season is over and it might have been the best one yet. Two playoff teams had to battle for their championship lives in overtime and other teams saw their seasons took a turn for the better. Some teams got rolled over and firmly put their head coaches on the hot seat.

As we get more into the season, things will continue to heat up and now it starts to get real. Teams fighting for a spot in the College Football Playoff will be tested and soon some of them will fall. Here are some overreactions to the week at hand.

5. West Virginia will win the Big 12

It’s not an overreaction to say West Virginia is a good football team. They are fantastic on both sides of the ball and they had an impressive blowout win against Texas Tech. With the win, the Mountaineers remain undefeated on the season.

With the Big 12 not really having any big contenders this season, save for undefeated Baylor, West Virginia has a great shot at winning the Big 12. The Mountaineers and Bears are slated to meet at the end of the season. Let us hope they will fight division supremacy that day.
