Here’s how you can watch the Colorado Avalanche take on against the Washington Capitals online.

The Washington Capitals are coming off an impressive 2-1 win over the New York Islanders. Meanwhile, the Colorado Avalanche will be playing the second leg of their back to back games after playing the Pittsburgh Penguins on Monday. On Tuesday Oct. 18, the two teams will meet for the first time this season.

Washington is led by their captain Alex Ovechkin. Despite scoring no goals in the team’s first two games, Ovechkin is still the most dangerous man on the ice for Washington. So far, goaltender Braden Holtby has been phenomenal, allowing just three goals in his first two games. Andre Burakovsky and Daniel Winnik lead the team with two goals a piece. The Caps enter the matchup with a 1-0-1 record after losing to the Penguins in a shootout during their first game of the year.

On the other side of the ice, the Avalanche are led by captain Gabriel Landeskog. Colorado enters Tuesday’s game against the Penguins with a 2-0-0 record. They feature an exciting offense, led by Nathan MacKinnon and Matt Duchene. After allowing five goals against the Dallas Stars, their defense is a bit of a concern. Goaltender Semyon Varlamov will get the start against the Caps.
