After Rockstar Games released a couple of teaser images of a possible new Red Dead game, Red Dead Redemption 2 has officially been confirmed.
Fans can rejoice! For quite some time, we have been hoping for a new Red Dead game. We didn’t care if it was a sequel to Red Dead Redemption, we just wanted a new game in the series.
On Sunday, Rockstar Games began teasing the new game with an image. At first, we weren’t sure whether it was a new Red Dead game or not, but based on the red background and its style, it was hard to say that it wasn’t.

Then, on Monday, they released another image with the same signature background. But, this time around, you see seven cowboys/ outlaws walking together, which seems to pay homage to The Magnificent Seven. This was a very cool site to see and it basically confirmed a new Red Dead game.

According to the website, Red Dead Redemption 2 is being developed by the creators of Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption. It will tell a story of life in America’s unforgiving heartland. It’ll also feature a new online multiplayer experience and a huge, vast world to explore.
It sounds like this will be Rockstar’s best work to date. As stated before, many fans are excited about this game. In fact, thousands. The new image revealing the new game has over 100,000 retweets, which is incredible.
