26. . Wide Receiver. Clemson. Mike Williams. 18. player

After not seeing a wide receiver forever, we now get two in a row.

Smith-Schuster is great, but an argument could easily be made for Mike Williams being the top receiver in this draft. He is tall, physical, fast, strong and athletic. He looks like a guy who was made in a lab to play receiver in the NFL.

His upside is absolutely massive at the next level.

Williams is a play-maker all over the field. He can will the jump balls in the red zone, has deep play ability and runs strong routes in the short to intermediate game. He can legitimately do it all.

Williams certainly has the upside to fly up draft boards as the process goes along. That being said, his neck injury suffered in 2015 holds some weight here.

Is it a future injury risk? Will Williams be willing to go across the middle and take a beating? These are all obvious questions that need to be answered.

The Baltimore Ravens take a bit of a risk here, but the upside is absolutely massive. Williams is the most talented player on the board and would fill a massive need for the Ravens.

If Ozzie Newsome and company believe that he is healthy, the Ravens would be wise to make Mike Williams a priority in the first round. This would be an absolutely perfect fit.
