The improving Tennessee Titans play host to the struggling Indianapolis Colts. Check here where you can watch these teams square off.

Just when the Tennessee Titans are riding a two-game winning streak for the first time since 2013 the Indianapolis Colts are coming to town.

Why the concern if you’re Mike Mularkey? First, a team led by quarterback Andrew Luck is always a threat. Second, the Titans have dropped nine consecutive games in this series dating back to the clubs’ second meeting in 2011.

Last Sunday, Tennessee held on for a 28-26 victory over the Cleveland Browns. The Titans’ offense continues to improve as this team has scored a combined 58 points the past two weeks. In those contests, quarterback Marcus Mariota has combined to throw six touchdown passes compared to only one interception. And running back DeMarco Murray continues to spearhead the NFL’s third-ranked running attack.

The news hasn’t been as positive for the Colts. For those who missed Sunday night’s collapse at Houston, Chuck Pagano’s club owned a 14-point lead late in the fourth quarter before caving in and falling in overtime, 26-23. The loss dropped the Colts to last place in the AFC South while the team also owns a 0-2 record within the division.

Indianapolis’ defense has been dreadful and that’s being kind. Only two teams in the league are giving up more total yards per game. The Colts are surrendering 29 points per game and the pass rush only eight sacks. The Colts had major problems with Texans’ running back Lamar Miller last Sunday and you could see a repeat performance courtesy of Murray this weekend.

It wasn’t long ago that Pagano’s squad was busy winning 16 consecutive divisional games. Suddenly the Colts are just 1-4 in their last five outings against their AFC South rivals.

Then again, that one win came at the expense of the Titans. Another loss by Luck and company could make things very difficult when it comes to making a postseason run.
