NLCS Game 6 live stream: How to watch online
By Dan Israeli
Live stream info for Game 6 of the NLCS featuring the Chicago Cubs and Los Angeles Dodgers at Wrigley Field on Saturday, Oct. 22.
The Chicago Cubs are one win away from their first World Series trip since 1945, as they face the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 6 of the 2016 NLCS tonight at 8:08 p.m. ET. The pitchers for the possibly clinching Game 6 will be NL ERA leader Kyle Hendricks for the Cubs and three-time Cy Young Award winner Clayton Kershaw for the visiting Dodgers.
The Cubs are coming off their second straight decisive win in the NLCS, after taking Game 5 by the final score of 8-4. The game marked the third time the Cubs score at least eight runs in the series, after scoring eight in Game 1, going scoreless in Games 2 and 3, before bouncing back for a combined 18 runs in Games 4 and 5.
While the Cubs offense has come alive, the Dodgers will look to Kershaw to stop the bleeding and force a Game 7. Kershaw pitched stellar in Game 2 of the series (seven innings, zero runs on two hits and one walk) and will now get to pitch for the first time this postseason on a full five days’ rest.
Game 6 can be watched live on FOX Sports 1 (FS1), but can also be live-streamed online at foxsportsgo.com. Cable subscribers will be able to log into the website with their account info on both desktop and mobile devices. The FOX Sports GO app also supports Xbox One through the Universal Windows Platform.
For those without a cable subscription, there are other ways to watch the NLCS online. Check out cutcabletoday.com for options that include Sling TV (currently offering a seven-day free preview) and PlayStation Vue. Both services have access to FS1 nationwide.
