Real Madrid faces Athletic Bilbao at the Bernabeu on Sunday. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

Real Madrid has scored 11 goals in their last two matches. Surprisingly, Cristiano Ronaldo scored only one.

However, as a result of drawing in three of their last four La Liga matches, Real found themselves in second place behind Atletico Madrid on a goal difference before the weekend. They will look to continue their goal-scoring tear at home against Athletic Bilbao.

Bilbao sat in sixth place before this round of La Liga matches kicked off, with only three points separating them from the leaders. On Thursday, they lost to Genk 2-0 in their Europa League match up.

In La Liga play, however, Athletic Bilbao have won five of their last six, including a 3-0 win over third-place Sevilla. Depending on which Real Madrid shows up, Bilbao could steal a point at the Bernabeu.

Real Madrid will hope their goal-scoring form leads to more consistent play in La Liga as they seek to take over the top spot. Athletic Bilbao obviously has a tall task in visiting Real, but their recent league play gives them an outside shot at an upset.
