Jabrill Peppers adds another highlight to his highlight reel with an impressive 2-point conversation return.

Jabrill Peppers took his dynamic show on the road to East Lansing, Michigan as the Michigan Wolverines squared off against the Michigan State Spartans Saturday.

The in-state rivalry between both teams was highly anticipated, due to the Wolverines having a strong possibility of avenging a series of losses to the Spartans. Prior to today, the Spartans have won seven out of the past eight games.

Well, for the first time in a while, Wolverines fans can breathe a sigh of relief. The game in East Lansing between Michigan and Michigan State was just about over despite a late rally by the Spartans led by Brian Lewerke.

While the game was out of reach, the Spartans were coming from a fourth quarter touchdown only placing them down seven points. At the time, the score was 30-23 favoring the Michigan Wolverines. In trying to put more points on the scoreboard, Michigan State attempted a two-point conversion. The decision was already a head-scratching move since there was one second on the clock.

Quarterback Tyler O’Connor attempted to pull off an option pitch, and it was rudely interrupted by Heisman Hopeful Jabrill Peppers.

Peppers scooped up the fumble and scampered 97 yards to pay dirt, channeling his inner Usain Bolt as he ran through the imaginary finish line — A.K.A. the end zone.

The return added to an already impressive day for Peppers as he had a bevy of big tackles, one sack, a rushing touchdown, a few key big punt returns, and a partridge and a pear tree.
