A Boise State safety forced by Wyoming would give the Cowboys a lead and plenty of reason to do some suggestive dancing.

The Wyoming Cowboys had plenty of reason to do a two-step or maybe some dancing with a little innuendo on Saturday night. As the undefeated Boise State Broncos came to town, the Cowboys were looking to spoil the dreams of playing in a big bowl game for the Broncos.

With the game tied at 28, Broncos quarterback Brett Rypien tried to make something happen on offense. Instead, linebacker Cody Appelby would come around for the sack and strip the ball away from Boise State. The ball would bounce out of the end zone and would turn into a safety and give the Cowboys the lead. With plenty of reason to be excited, Wyoming’s Josiah Hall did a suggestive safety dance in the end zone.

It’s hard to blame him for busting a move after a play like that. The two sides engaged in an emotional battle on the field and it came down to the Cowboys’ defense stepping up and making a play themselves.

The Broncos had aspirations of going undefeated and making a New Year’s Six bowl. Unfortunately for them, they couldn’t hold onto the football and their chances ultimately slipped away from them.
