On Sunday, the Detroit Lions will be on the road facing the Houston Texans. Here is how to watch the game online.

On Sunday, October 30th, the Detroit Lions will be heading on the road to face the Houston Texans. Even without Calvin Johnson, the Detroit Lions have been able to put together a good start to the 2016 season.

There were many questions about how the retirement of Johnson would impact quarterback Matthew Stafford coming into the season. Through the first seven games of the season, Stafford has played great without Megatron. This season, Stafford has totaled 15 touchdown passes and just four interceptions.

For the Texans, 2016 has had some highs and lows, but they will still be entering Week 8 in first place in the AFC South. On Monday Night Football, the Texans looked totally outmatched against the Denver Broncos.

Monday night meant a lot for Brock Osweiler in his return to Denver, but he was rather unimpressive. Osweiler is getting paid a lot of money to be the franchise quarterback of the Texans, but he hasn’t  lived up to the contract yet this season.

In 2016, Osweiler has totaled eight touchdown passes and eight interceptions. His 71.9 QB rating is one of the worst in the NFL, and certainly not what the Texans paid for.

While the Texans have struggled on the road this season, NRG Stadium has been kind to them. In four games, the Texans are undefeated at home, and they have looked like a completely different team.
