The Chicago Bears will host the Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football in Week 8. Here is how to watch this NFC North match-up online.

The final game of Week 8 will be an intra-divison match-up between two teams facing each other for the first time this season. Minnesota, coming off their first loss of the season, will travel down to Chicago to take on a one-win Bears squad that is in the midst of a disappointing season.

This will be the second consecutive prime time game for Chicago, following up its 26-10 to the Green Bay Packers last Thursday night. In a game where the Bears saw unproven backup Matt Barkley take over under center after Brian Hoyer suffered a broken arm, the only offense Chicago could muster was a fumble recovery in the end zone by rookie defensive lineman Leonard Floyd, as well as a Connor Barth field goal.

As for Minnesota, their performance last week in Philadelphia could only be described as “embarrassing” by their own head coach, Mike Zimmer. While Zimmer’s comments may have been a bit harsh, they certainly weren’t inaccurate. In the 21-10 road loss, the Minnesota offense squandered multiple red zone opportunities while also committing four turnovers.

Arguably the biggest storyline of this game will be the return of quarterback Jay Cutler. After going down with a thumb injury in Week 2, Cutler has finally been cleared to return to action. While relations between Cutler and head coach John Fox can be described as rocky at best, Fox should feel good about the return of his cannon-armed quarterback to an offense that has struggled to involve star receiver, Alshon Jeffrey.

Ultimately, the Minnesota Vikings are a four and a half point favorite (according to OddsShark.com) and should be able to leave Chicago with a victory to extend their one game lead in the NFC North.
