Remember LSU? the team that was left for dead after Les Miles was fired and it seemed like Alabama would just waltz to the SEC West title, well not so fast. The Tigers have found new life with Ed Orgeron as their interim coach and the return of Leonard Fournette makes Saturday’s contest very intriguing. While Alabama should be favored in this one, the fact that it’s at Tiger Stadium, at night should make this one worth watching. Unless LSU gets their doors blown off, don’t be shocked if we see LSU back in the FanSided 25 poll next week.

Virginia Tech’s victory over Pitt was well earned as the Hokies withstood a late charge from the Panthers to maintain their lead in the ACC Costal division. With games against Duke, Notre Dame, Georgia Tech and Virginia coming up, you’ve got to like Va. Tech’s chances to reach the ACC Title game, most likely against Clemson. If you’re a Hokies fan, you have to hope that they’ve learned from their loss at Syracuse. The schedule has set them up for success, it’s on Tech to capitalize on it.
