Kris Bryant crushes home run in World Series Game 6 (Video)
Chicago Cubs slugger Kris Bryant launched a huge home run in the first inning of Game 6 of the World Series.
Trying to pull off an incredible comeback from a 3-1 deficit, the Chicago Cubs have to win their final two games on the road if they’re going to win the World Series. Against the Cleveland Indians on Tuesday night, Kris Bryant tried to take matters into his own hands early. After Josh Tomlin had no issues getting the first two batters, Bryant crushed a home run deep into left field to silence the Cleveland crowd.
After a ton of energy and momentum from the first two guys going down quick in the order, it was a huge swing of the bat from Bryant. There was never any doubt at all about the hit either. The outfielders simply looked up as the ball went right over the giant wall.
For Tomlin, he was pitching on three days rest but it didn’t appear to be an issue at all early. However, Bryant would make him pay for his selection of pitches. To make matters worse, the Cubs would add more runs after the home run.
The Cubs don’t want to go home on Tuesday night, which is why they got the start they needed. The Indians just couldn’t do anything right to start.
