Which games are scheduled for primetime in Week 10 of the college football season? Find out here.

The action from Week 9 is a hard act to follow. Of the nine undefeated teams remaining last weekend, only four walked away with zero losses. Mind you, two of those schools – Alabama andr Western Michigan – were on a bye week. Clemson managed to escape Florida State in Tallahassee, while Washington narrowly won against Utah. That said, fans can only hope that Week 10 will be filled with just as much pandemonium.

Speaking of Florida State, the ‘Noles will travel to Raleigh, NC, to take on N.C. State at 7:00 ET. After being heavily embarrassed by Louisville in Week 7, followed by a loss to Boston College, N.C. State’s morale is low. Though QB Ryan Finley accounted for 307 yards through the air vs. BC, he was picked off twice by a defense that allowed 20 points to Syracuse. Meanwhile, Florida State has vengeance in their hearts after a three-point loss to Clemson in Week 9.

There are two under-the-radar match-ups in Week 10: West Virginia-Kansas and Iowa-Penn State. Firstly, West Virginia would fall to its own curse of starting the season out great, but ended up tripping itself in the following weeks. Their Week 10 opponent, Kansas, put up brave performances between TCU and Oklahoma State, of whom gave West Virginia their first loss. This game will be played in Morgantown, but keep an eye on those Jayhawks.

Secondly, Penn State looks to extend their winning streak when they host Iowa at 7:30 ET. Though Penn State and QB Trace McSorley are gaining momentum, Iowa has a real chance of making Happy Valley notsomuch that way. The Hawkeyes are allowing only 19 points on defense, compared to Penn State’s 27. Iowa is also 2-1 on the road; whereas Penn State’s 3-1 at Beaver Stadium. But the force is strong in Penn State’s offense. In their last three games, Penn State’s scored 124 points to Iowa’s 72.

Saturday’s real showstoppers will be underway at 8:00 ET with Alabama-LSU and Nebraska-Ohio State. Alabama’s fresh off a one-week vacation, but it’s really been an extended stay. This season, Alabama’s proven yet again that they’re the dominant pack. Most think Alabama won’t lose until their last game with Auburn at Tuscaloosa. But facing off with the Tigers at Tiger Stadium isn’t an easy task, since overcoming 102,000 spectators might pose a challenge. Alabama is favored by only one possession.

In other news, both Ohio State and Nebraska limped off the field in Week 9. Nebraska, with its overtime loss to No. 11 Wisconsin, would love nothing more than to scare Ohio State at home. Unfortunately for Nebraska, they’re 1-3 vs. OSU – whether at home or not. As for Ohio State, they nearly lost to Northwestern, a team that lost to Illinois State in Week 2. If Northwestern can stake fear like that into the minds of those at The Shoe, then, by association, Nebraska should edge the Buckeyes.

As always, Saturday night will conclude with the Pac-12. At 10:30 ET, the undefeated Washington Huskies will head to Memorial Stadium. There, the Cal Bears and QB Davis Webb will be waiting for them, hoping to tack on their fifth win of the season. With the prowess of Washington’s defense, that outcome’s unlikely. To date, Washington’s defense has allowed only eight or nine first downs by way of passing per game, while sacrificing only 4.6 yards per play.

How many undefeated teams will be left after Week 10?
