Here’s a look at what college football fans can expect during Week 10 of the 2016 season, including predictions for the Top 25 teams.
The final month of the 2016 regular season is here for college football fans – and it wouldn’t be November without rivalry games and controversial rankings. The game of the week takes place down in Baton Rouge, as Alabama continues their march toward a return trip to the title game.
At the same point, a team like Washington has to wonder what else they have to do just to get into the playoff system – since they are looking up at a Texas A&M team that, at the moment, isn’t going to even win their division.
Buckle up, folks, and get ready for some fun. Here’s a look ahead at Week 10 of the 2016 college football season.

Game of The Week – No. 1 Alabama at No. 13 LSU
For the better part of a decade, this has been the game the SEC has sold as it’s marquee event each season. While LSU has stayed in it, for the most part, the Crimson Tide have won seven of the nine games played (including three of the four played in Baton Rouge).
After early season struggles and a coaching change that was almost a year in the making, the Bayou Bengals are looking like a new team under interim head coach Ed Orgeron. Sure, the games were against Southern Miss, Missouri and an overrated Ole Miss team, but you can’t deny Leonard Fournette and teammates are playing with a new attitude.
At the same time, Alabama is just doing Alabama things this season – replacing a national championship squad from 2015 that doesn’t seem to be missing a beat so far in 2016. Jalen Hurts has been phenomenal at quarterback as a freshman and has the Tide still playing like a well-oiled machine.
Last season, Fournette’s Heisman hopes were dashed in this game by a smothering Crimson Tide defense that held him to 31 yards on 19 carries. Jonathan Allen has played like an absolute beast and has Nick Saban thinking about smiling once in a while. LSU will keep it close as they have at home in this series, but Alabama looks ready to roll on.
