How long will the rain delay between the Cleveland Indians and Chicago Cubs in Game 7 of the World Series last?

The Cleveland Indians managed to come back and tie Chicago Cubs in the eighth inning of Game 7 of the World Series. After neither team could score a run in the ninth inning, the game would head to extras.

However, there was a bit of a delay before the game could head to extras. Rain hit the Cleveland area and a tarp would be brought over the field. To say this is the craziest game in baseball history would be an understatement. A rain delay on what has been a classic was quite the twist.

The rain is supposed to stay in the Cleveland area for a while, but there are pockets to where they might be able to get the game in. Rain delays can last for a while in baseball, but one has to wonder just how long this one will go on for.

It appeared the rain started to let up a little bit after they put the tarp on. With both teams tied and the World Series on the line, the rain delay is the last thing anyone wanted to see. The grounds crew would then remove the tarps just a tad bit later.
