The MLB made an awesome video to congratulate the Chicago Cubs on winning the World Series.
The Chicago Cubs finally overcame all of their demons and pulled off the biggest win in 108 years, as they won the World Series. It wasn’t easy and the team was given the fight of their lives from the Cleveland Indians. In the end, the Cubs pulled through late and they will now be known as World Series Champions.
After the game, the tributes began pouring in for the Cubs. Many of those tributes were in the form of commercials. The MLB decided to pay tribute to their own champions with an emotional commercial that all Cubs fans can relate with.
The commercial features the “W” that they fly for each win and it represents all the words that start with the letter over the years. It featured the good and the bad, but it highlighted the team winning it all at the end.
When it comes to 108 years, there are going to be plenty of moments to go through. The one thing that hasn’t changed is how long fans have waited to finally see this moment. Many have passed on, but their spirit forever remains with the team. It was a touching tribute.
