Trail Blazers at Mavericks live stream: How to watch online
By John Buhler
The Dallas Mavericks (0-4) will host the Portland Trail Blazers (2-3) on Friday night. Here is how to watch this NBA game online.
The NBA has nine games on the schedule for Friday, November 4th. One of the games featuring two Western Conference teams will be between the winless Dallas Mavericks (0-4) and the inconsistent Portland Trail Blazers (2-3).
Tipoff from the AmericanAirlines Center in Dallas will be at 8:30 PM ET. FOX Sports Southwest will have the telecast in Greater Dallas. Comcast Sportsnet Northwest will have this one in the Pacific Northwest. Since this game is not being televised nationally, the available live stream can be found on NBA League Pass, which requires a subscription.
The Trail Blazers have lost their last two games to fall to 2-3 on the season. Portland’s two wins this year are against the Utah Jazz on opening night and against the Denver Nuggets in overtime on October 29th.
The Trail Blazers are 2-0 in the Northwest Division, but have lost there three other games to three Pacific Division teams: the Los Angeles Clippers, the Golden State Warriors, and the Phoenix Suns.
Dallas is one of four winless teams left in the NBA. The other three are the New Orleans Pelicans, the Philadelphia 76ers, and the Washington Wizards. Only the Mavericks qualified for the 2016 NBA Playoffs of those four teams. Is it time to start worrying about Dallas a bit?

This could be a high-scoring game, as neither team is really stout defensively. Dallas could get its first win of the season against a Portland team in an early season swoon. However, the Trail Blazers have the more talented roster and could easily prevail over the home team Mavericks on Friday night.
