Vancouver is still looking for their first road win on the season with a 0-3-1 record away from home.

Meanwhile, Toronto enters Saturday’s game with a two-game winning streak. On Thursday, they beat the Buffalo Sabres 2-1. The Maple Leafs also beat the Edmonton Oilers on Tuesday. Toronto has played very well at home this season with a 3-1-0 record. They are tied for 12th in the NHL with 31 goals scored. However, they also rank fourth in goals allowed with 38.
