Manchester City moved a point clear at the top of the table, despite drawing at home to Middlesbrough. Here’s the full Premier League table.

Manchester City dominated the first half against Middlesbrough, but thanks to a string of excellent saves by Boro keeper Victor Valdes, they managed only one goal. Sergio Aguero opened the scoring after Kevin de Bruyne found him with an excellent cross from the right wing.

Middlesbrough came out with greater attacking intent in the second half and caused City’s back line a lot more problems. The home side looked as though they’d hold on for the win until Marten de Roon equalized in the 91st minute.

City now move a point ahead of Arsenal and Liverpool, who both play tomorrow. Chelsea could move into first place with a win against Everton in the late kickoff on Saturday.

Here’s the full table after four Saturday games so far:

The other notable result of the day saw Sunderland grab their first win of the season in their 11th match. The Black Cats moved onto five points, level with Swansea, though they remain bottom of the table due to their inferior goal difference. That could change tomorrow, however, as the Swans take on Manchester United at home.

Elsewhere, West Ham and Stoke played out an uneventful 1-1 draw. Michail Antonio opened the scoring in the second half, before Adrian gifted Bojan Krkic and equalizer.

Finally, Burnley scored a dramatic late goal of their own to win against Crystal Palace. The Clarets took a 2-0 first-half lead, but couldn’t hold on. Goals from Connor Wickham and Christian Benteke brought the score to 2-2, before Ashley Barnes won it late on.

Chelsea face Everton in the final match of the day. They’ll now play knowing a win will see them take top spot for the first time this season.
