High Value SG

Bradley Beal-Washington Wizards (5,800): On the other side of the Celtics-Wizards matchup, Brdley Beal make sense as a mid-range play at SG as well. He has at least 27 fantasy points in each of his last three games and is coming off a season-high 37.5 fantasy points on Monday when his four steals, three assists, two rebounds, and a block helped boost his 20 points to a nice fantasy night. The Celtics are just behind the Wizards allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to opposing SG, so Beal should offer a nice return on investment at this price. ∗∗∗∗

Rodney Hood-Utah Jazz (5,800): Hood has continued to be a steady producer even after the return of Gordon Hayward, and he should be ready for a big night against the high-scoring Hornets in Charlotte. Hood has scored at least 18 points in five straight games and is adding enough rebounds and assists to get to around 30 fantasy points almost every night. He seems to be extremely comfortable in the second-scorer role behind Hayward and is showing he can still be worth a midrange DFS play. ∗∗

Tim Hardaway Jr.-Atlanta Hawks (4,000): Despite expanded playing time (29 minutes) last night, Hardaway was a disappointment in my DraftKings daily picks with only 13.5 fantasy points. I’m still back for more tonight, though, since he has the highest upside of any of the SG options at 4K or less. Hardaway is a streaky scorer, though, so he’s high-risk even in a good matchup against the Bulls.
