57. . QB. UNC. Mitch Trubisky. 3. player

Playing against the Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football, the Chicago Bears and Jay Cutler played their most inspired game of the season. Cutler looked rejuvenated under center, throwing strikes all over the field in the team’s 20-10 victory. At a glance, it looked like he would resume his spot as the Bears quarterback for the foreseeable future, but we all know that is not the case.

The Bears need to move on from Cutler in the worst way, in a move that would be beneficial for both parties. The marriage between Cutler and Chicago has not worked out, and it is time to bring in fresh blood at the position. Chicago should keep Brian Hoyer after this season, but they need to draft a quarterback at No. 3 in April.

That player should be Mitch Trubisky, who is a prototypical NFL quarterback. After a rough first game of the season, Trubisky has bounced back to be one of the more consistent signal-callers in all of college football, and has led North Carolina to some huge wins. He can do it all from the pocket, has a rocket for a right arm, and has an incredible football I.Q.
