Bengals at Giants: Game preview, odds, prediction
By Rashawn Wong
The New York Giants will host the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 10 on Monday night football.
The Monday night matchup in Week 10 features two teams looking to stay afloat in their respective conferences. The New York Giants come into the game with a 5-3 record, two games behind the Dallas Cowboys for first place in the NFC East. The Cincinnati Bengals are coming in fresh off a bye week, but their last outing resulted in a tie against the Washington Redskins. This will be a tough fought battle between two teams looking to keep their playoff chances alive.
The Giants struggled to start the season, but recently they have won three games in a row and seem to have hit a rhythm. Despite four touchdowns for future Hall of Fame quarterback Eli Manning, he still had two interceptions last week. The Giants offense should have a lot more production, having a receiving core headlined by Odell Beckham Jr.
The Bengals have not lived up to expectations to this point in the season. Coming into this game with a 3-4-1 record after their last game ended in a tie, they are looking to rebound this week. Energy should not be an issue for the Bengals, who come into Monday’s match fresh off a bye week. Between Andy Dalton and NFL receptions leader A.J. Green, Cincinnati has the offensive weapons to expose the Giants secondary.

Prediction:
This game should be an offensive showdown as it features two of the worst defenses in the league. A victory would be huge for both teams, and could go a long way for whomever the winner is as the playoff races heat up during the second half of the NFL season.
