High Salary SG

James Harden-Houston Rockets (11,500): Harden and the Rockets knocked off the Spurs in San Antonio on Wednesday and haven’ played since then. San Antonio did play last night (picking up a win against the Pistons) and will face the Rockets in Houston tonight. In that game earlier this week, Harden had 54.9 fantasy points on an impressive 24-12-15 triple-double. He know has at least 15 assists in four of his last five games and 30 points in four of his last five as well. After a few days off to rest, look for Harden to carry the load again tonight and be among the highest-scoring fantasy players of the night. It costs a premium to be in on Harden, but he almost always delivers his owners a big number. I’d recommend him as my top big star if you’re getting just one big name in your lineup. ∗∗∗∗

Giannis Antetokounmpo-Milwaukee Bucks (9,400): If you decide Harden is too pricey, one high-priced alternative who has a good shot at 50 fantasy points for over 2K less than Harden is “The Alphabet,” Giannis Antetokounmpo. Antotokounmpo hasn’t had a monster game in over a week, but he did have a solid double-double against the Pelicans with 17 points and ten rebounds. Antetokounmpo is in a good matchup against the Grizzlies and always has sky-high potential. However, his price does make him a little risky since he has been held under 35 fantasy points in each of his last two contests.

Avery Bradley-Boston Celtics (6,900): Bradley has at least 32 fantasy points in four straight games and turned in another double-double last night against the Knicks with 15 points and ten rebounds. He has three double-doubles in his last four games and has been a reliable contributor at under 7K. Tonight, he’s in a good matchup in Indiana, so he returns to my FanDuel daily picks again tonight where he has been almost every game this season.∗∗∗

Zach LaVine-Minnesota Timberwolves (6,200): LaVine scored a season-high 37 points in the T-Wolves win on Wednesday in Orlando. It was just Minnesota’s second win of the season and LaVine’s 48.3 fantasy points was a big reason why. He has been inconsistent to start the season, though, which makes him a boom-or-bust pick tonight as he takes on the Clippers tonight in the Twin Cities.
