Chaos reigned supreme on Saturday with massive College Football programs falling hard with upsets shifting things all over the Top 25.

Every single year in College Football, chaos has  way of rearing its ugly head and changing the course of seasons in a week. The later on in the year we get, the harder it is to be a top program in the country and lose in an upset.

Michigan and Washington — two protected Playoff teams — both lost on Saturday. The immediate fear is that this will sink their season and ruin any hope they have of getting into the College Football Playoffs. All hope is not lost, as Michigan and Washington aren’t projected to fall that far in the AP Poll. That being said, the PA Poll doesn’t dictate who gets into the Playoffs, it merely serves as a light suggestion.

Here’s a look at the AP Poll for Week 12 in College Football:

Note: The AP Poll will be released at 2pm ET. Here is a projection of the poll, which will be updated as soon as it goes live.

1. Alabama
2. Ohio State
3. Louisville
4. Michigan

The AP Poll was pretty light on Michigan, considering they lost to an unranked Iowa team. Conspiracy theorists will attest that Harbaugh is getting special treatment, but the same deal goes for Washington, who also got off pretty light.

5. Clemson
6. Wisconsin
7. Washington
8. Oklahoma
9. Penn State
10. West Virginia

Washington only falling to No. 7 in the country seems like getting off light, but it’s a death rattle for their season. Already, with the AP Poll ranking them at No. 4, they were passed up by Texas A&M in the first CFB Playoff bracket. That was while they were supposedly still in good favor in the poll so you can imagine how they feel now.

11. Utah
12. Colorado
13. Oklahoma State
14. Western Michigan
15. USC
16. LSU
17. Florida State
18. Auburn
19. Nebraska
20. Washington State
21. Florida
22. Boise State
23. Texas A&M
24. San Diego State
25. Troy

We’ll have to wait until next week to see if any other titans fall from the ranks.
