High Salary SG

James Harden-Houston Rockets (12,000): Harden continues to put up absolutely insane numbers as PG in coach Mike D’Atoni’s up-tempo beard-centric attack. He had a 25-11-13 triple double against the Spurs on Saturday giving him over 60 fantasy points in six straight games and at least 12 assists in six contests in a row. His scoring and usage rate remain among the highest in the league but the assists and rebounds make him an even better fantasy option. Harden has a great matchup tonight as he moves from playing the Spurs to the Sixers. Philadelphia has been better lately and keeping games close. If they do that tonight, Harden should be in for another crazy stat line. The only danger in spending 12K on “The Beard” is that the game could turn into a blowout and he could play fewer than his full minutes.

Avery Bradley-Boston Celtics (7,000): Boston has gotten great play from Avery Bradley to start the season, and he could be counted on even more tonight with Isaiah Thomas playing through a jammed finger. Bradley had 13 points, eight rebounds, and five assists for 35 fantasy points against the Pacers on Saturday after 39.5 fantasy points against the Knicks on Friday. He’s averaging 38.6 fantasy points per game this year and has been over that number in three of his last five contests. The Pelicans should be a matchup he can attack tonight and again be a great mid-range play even though his price continues to climb.∗∗∗
