The Chicago Cubs won the 2016 World Series. A guy didn’t welch on his bet and then proceeds to let his friends rip his tooth out using a football.

It’s important to be a man of your word. One Chicago Cubs fan held up his end of the bargain on a bet he had with his friends after seeing the Cubs win the 2016 World Series over the Cleveland Indians in seven games.

This guy said that if the Cubs won the World Series that he would let his friends rip out one of his teeth. The method of tooth removal was a string tied to a football. Here is the video.

Adult teeth don’t grow back, but it’s only been 108 years since the Cubs last won the World Series. Cubs fans have reason to celebrate for as long as they like, as none of them were alive the last time Chicago won the Fall Classic back in 1908.

It was great to see the southpaw gunslinger rifle that football into the great wide open and rip that guy’s poor tooth out on the first try. With the way that the Chicago Bears have looked at quarterback this season, maybe this left-handed signal caller could be on the Bears’ 2020 NFL Draft board?

While that tooth will not longer serve its purpose of perpetual mastication, this toothless guy now has an awesome party story going forward. “Why are you missing a tooth?” “The Cubs won the World Series and I’m a man of my word.”

Chicago will be the presumptive favorite to repeat as World Series Champions in 2017. Much of the Cubs’ roster is under 25 years old. With the MLB not having a salary cap, this could be a potential dynasty to close out the rest of the decade.
