High Salary SG

James Harden-Houston Rockets (11,500): Harden gets a chance to go at the team that traded him as the Rockets take on the Thunder tonight. Harden is taking his game to a whole new level under coach Mike D’Antoni and he has at least 50 fantasy points in each of his last seven games. He hasn’t gone for more than 55 in his last four contests, but he’ll be extra motivated and ready to roll making him a potential producer of 70+ fantasy points. If you go with his hefty salary, you’ll have to spend wisely elsewhere, but it’s hard to pass up “The Beard” in a revenge game even when he has a back-to-back to finish up tomorrow.∗∗∗

Giannis Antetokounmpo-Milwaukee Bucks (9,600): Playing the role of Chris Paul to James Harden’s Russell Westbrook at the top of the SG salary structure is Antetokounmpo of the Bucks who has an exceptional matchup of his own tonight in Atlanta. The Hawks have been allowing the sixth-most fantasy points per game in the NBA to opposing PG  and since that’s where “The Alphabet” logs most of his minutes look for him to approach 50 fantasy points tonight. He had 52.7 fantasy points against Memphis in his last game which was on Saturday, so he should be well-rested and ready to roll in a great matchup in Atlanta tonight. ∗∗∗

Avery Bradley-Boston Celtics (7,000): Bradley has been contributing to the Celtics lineups and his fantasy owners in an unusual way with four double-double’s in his last six contests as he does extra work on the glass. He has at elast 30 fantasy points in each of his last six contests and in nine of his ten games this season. Tonight, he and the Celtics are back home facing the Mavericks and I like him as one of the best mid-range plays available tonight.

Devin Booker-Phoenix Suns (6,500): Booker had a well-balanced 33.3 fantasy points against the Warriors in Phoenix’s loss on Sunday finishing with 19 points, four boards, three assists, two steals, and a block. He had back-to-back monster games at the beginning of last week on the road agains the Lakers and Blazers, and he’ll have a good chance to do the same on the road in Denver tonight where he faces the Nuggets who are allowing the third-most fantasy points per game to opposing SG. Booker isn’t guaranteed to go off as evidenced by his three games under 25 fantasy points before Sunday’s game, but he has played well in good matchups on the road all season and is in that exact situation tonight. I love the upside and will take the risk.∗∗∗∗
