High Value PF

Markieff Morris-Washington Wizards (5,900): Morris had his best game of the season on Saturday with 24 points and 15 rebounds against the Bulls. He finished with a season-high 48 fantasy points giving him four games in his last six with at least 30 fantasy points. Tonight, he’s in a great matchup against the Sixers and makes sense as a sub-6K play with lots of upside as he continues to play well in Scott Brooks’ new system in Washington. ∗∗∗∗

Jon Leuer-Detroit Pistons (4,500): The Pistons have been relying on Jon Leuer heavily off the bench this season and he played a season-high 29 minutes on Monday with Andre Drummond missing the game with an ankle injury. Leuer had eight points, nine rebounds, and four assists against the Thunder in that game for 25.8 fantasy points. He has at least 22 fantasy points in six of his last seven games and is playing 25+ minutes every night for Detroit. He’s a safe and solid investment if you have to spend less than 5K on a PF tonight.∗∗∗

Channing Frye-Clevleand Cavaliers (3,900): Frye had 21 points last night aginst the Raptors in just 20 minutes and finished with over 28 fantasy points for the second game in a row. He has over 19 fantasy points in four of his last five, and he would probably cost a lot more if he hadn’t missed time earlier this season. Frye is a good play at this price in what should be a high-scoring game tonight in Indiana with a chance the Cavs rely more on their bench (like Frye) on the second night of their back-to-back.
