Florida (+14) over LSU

I don’t get it with LSU. I know the Tigers are playing improved football and, make no mistake, they dominated Arkansas a week ago. Still, Vegas is treating Ed Orgeron’s team as if it is a top-five team in the country and I simply don’t buy in to that. Florida may not score early and often in this game, but their defense has allowed more than 14 (!) points only once this season. I am tempted to give out the under on a (very) short line already, but instead, I’ll take the underdog and the over-inflated cushion.

Tennessee and Missouri UNDER 66.5 points

Missouri has played two games that went over this theoretical total this season, and the opponents in those contests were Middle Tennessee State and Eastern Michigan. Tennessee is not Middle Tennessee State or Eastern Michigan. Yes, the Vols are probably going to score points in this game, but I’m not convinced that Missouri will, and I think this line should be around 60. Take the free candy and root against points.
