These five coaches on the hot seat need a win in Week 12 or it could be the end of their tenures.

It’s hard to believe that Week 12 of the college football season has already arrived. People are going over College Football Playoff scenarios left and right while others are focusing on the changes that are coming to their favorite program. At this point of the season there are plenty of coaches on the hot seat.

There are some coaches that have already likely sealed their fate. There are also others that are hoping they can get just one or two more wins and save their jobs. With plenty of coaches needing wins in Week 12, here are five coaches that need a win this week.

5. David Beaty

David Beaty is in the category of hoping he can get anything out of Kansas to end the season. After the team went 0-12 last season, they have already improved and are 1-9 this season in yet another miserable year.

While it’s an improvement, one can’t simply hope to keep their job because they were able to get one win on the season. He needs his team to finish strong and maybe pick up a second to show a little progression.
