Who did College GameDay analyst Lee Corso pick for Saturday’s game between Western Michigan and Buffalo?

On Saturday, November 19, college football analyst Lee Corso made his latest headgear selection on College GameDay in Kalamazoo, MI. This is for No. 21 Western Michigan vs. Buffalo.

Heading to Kalamazoo isn’t a typical location for College GameDay to travel to. A team like Western Michigan is usually irrelevant and one of the worst teams in college football. However, the 2016 season has been far from this. They have a perfect 10-0 record and a chance at a New Year’s Six bowl game.

WMU has been led by head coach PJ Fleck, who worked an incredible turnaround for this program. He started his career 1-11 in 2013, and faced pressure to improve, which he would do with flying colors. Back-to-back 8-5 seasons followed this, including a Bahamas Bowl win in 2015. Now, he has the Broncos at 10-0 and one of the hottest programs in college football.

Well, on Saturday morning, Corso would have to make his headgear selection to determine if the Broncos would stay unbeaten. Did he give the Buffalo Bulls a chance?

Given that Buffalo is 2-8 and on the road, they have a tough task of trying to knock off Western Michigan. The game also has the home team as a 35-point favorite.

Nearly flawless passing has been a factor for the Broncos. They have been led by quarterback Zach Terrell and his 70.3 completion percentage, 23 passing touchdowns, and just one interception. They are fantastic numbers to go with a stout running game, which has picked up over 2,500 yards and 31 touchdowns. The WMU offense has looked particularly impressive, and it should continue to against Buffalo.

Lee Corso’s pick of the Broncos probably wasn’t the most difficult one, but will he and the school be rowing the boat by the end of Week 12?
