The Northwestern Wildcats will look to continue their late-season resurgence on the road against Minnesota Saturday. Here is how to watch the action online.

The Minnesota Golden Gophers are having a pretty solid season, as their 7-3 record is one of the bigger surprises of the Big Ten season. Last week, they took a tough loss at the hands of the Nebraska Cornhuskers, who came into the game ranked in the top-25. With the loss, Minnesota saw their win streak end at four games.

Northwestern comes into the game riding a win streak of their own, and have shaken off a rough start to the season.

After starting the year off with a 1-3 record, the Wildcats have won four of their last six games, and come into Minnesota as a road favorite. Northwestern dominated the Purdue Boilermakers last weekend, cruising to a 46-17 victory in Week 11.

The combination of quarterback Clayton Thorson and wide reciever Austin Carr proved too much for the Boilermakers, as the two connected for two scores. Thorson threw for over 330 yards in the game, with 92 of them going to Carr. If Thorson plays that well again on Saturday, it could be a long day for the Golden Gophers.

This one has a chance to be one of the better games in the conference this week, as both teams are pretty evenly matched. Northwestern is one of the hottest teams in the conference, and Minnesota has to be upset with being a home underdog despite their solid record. It is going to be a cold one on Saturday, with temperatures expected to dip nearly freezing.

Leidner has not thrown a touchdown since Oct. 1, so do not expect a huge game from him on Saturday. He is having a pretty subpar senior season, and has only thrown over 250 yards once. The Wildcats defense should do enough to stop the Golden Gophers offense, and will prove the odds makers right with a road win.
