Saint Mary’s vs Dayton live stream: Watch online

Live stream and how to watch No. 17 Saint Mary’s (2-0) at Dayton (2-0) on television and online on Saturday, November 19.

No. 17 Saint Mary’s travels to Ohio to take on the Dayton Flyers on Saturday, November 19, in their first road trip of the season. Saint Mary’s remains at No. 17 in AP Polls while Dayton has received votes in both the AP Poll and the USA Today Coaches Poll.

The Gaels blew past visiting Nevada Wolf Pack in their season opener with an 81-63 win, followed by a massive 110-72 rout against Prairie View A&M on Wednesday. The Gaels’ win against the Panthers marked the first 100+ point game since December 11, 2012. Even with the huge win, Gaels coach Randy Bennett still critiqued the team’s defense, saying, “We need to get better defensively. We’ve given up 44 percent both games in field goal defense and that’s not going to get you any championships.”

Seven Gaels were in double figures in that showing.

Dayton took down Austin Peay in their season opener 96-68 behind a dominant performance from redshirt senior Charles Cooke. Cooke was 11-17 with 31 points on the night. The Flyers were 54.4 percent from the floor, guiding them to a big win. The Flyers fell to Syracuse in the first round of the NCAA Tournament in the 2015-2016 season and went all the way to the Atlantic-10 conference championships before losing to Saint Joseph’s. They’re looking for a big season this year and were picked to finish first in the conference this year.

This will be the first big match up for both teams this season before both teams’ schedules get more challenging. A win for Dayton could boost their numbers in the AP and USA Today Coaches Poll, while a win for Saint Mary’s should keep them ranked going into their fourth game of the season against San Jose State.
