A look at how to watch Saturday night’s game between the USC Trojans and the UCLA Bruins.

On Saturday night, USC and UCLA will go to battle in their annual conference rivalry game. This will take place at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA.

UCLA has had a rough 2016 season. They started with high hopes, even being ranked in the top ten to start the year. They lost to Texas A&M in the opening week, won three of their next four, then dropped four consecutive games. Finally, last Saturday, they beat Oregon State, 38-24 to end their skid.

On top of everything, the Bruins have been without quarterback Josh Rosen, who will be out for the USC game. It doesn’t help their chances against a team that just knocked off one of the best schools in the nation. This means Mike Fafaul will step in for the fifth consecutive game. The senior backup has thrown for over 250 yards in three of his four starts, but has thrown an interception in each of them. He has more interceptions (10) than touchdowns (9).

As for USC, they’re coming off a huge win over Washington, who had been ranked No. 4 in the College Football Playoff rankings. This also marked their sixth consecutive win of the season, which is a stark contrast from being 1-3 in to open the year. During this tine, they have run through most of the Pac-12 with freshman quarterback Sam Darnold, who looks like a star in the making. He has 22 passing touchdowns and just six interceptions through seven starts.
