46. It has been an uneven year for the Colts to date. But beating the Tennessee Titans has almost become automatic when it comes to this club. Make it 11 straight wins in the series as Chuck Pagano’s club held on for a vital 24-17 triumph. Indianapolis jumped out to a 21-0 second-quarter edge. And about the only bad news for the Colts in the first half was the fact that veteran Adam Vinatieri missed a 42-yard field goal late in the first half. That miscue ended his NFL record streak of 44 straight successful FG tries. But when it was all said and done, the Colts defense made the necessary stops and would sack Marcus Mariota five time in the seven-point victory.
Next Week: The team has only a few days to shove the turkey in the oven and still game plan for the 5-5 Pittsburgh Steelers on Thanksgiving night at Indianapolis. The Black and Gold have made it rough on the Colts the last two years, both of those games at Heinz Field. Indianapolis fell 51-34 in 2014 and 45-10 a year ago on a Sunday evening.

Playoff hopes: The Colts will be rooting hard for the Oakland Raiders on Monday night as they host the AFC South leading Houston Texans. Bill O’Brien club owns a 6-3 record but has been awful away from home. A loss by Houston would obviously be a big boost for Pagano and company.
. 5-5. Previous: . Indianapolis Colts. 16. team
