High Salary PG

Russell Westbrook-Oklahoma City Thunder (11,600): Westbrook had 59.1 fantasy points in LA last night finishing with 34-8-13 (points, rebounds, assists). He has over 49 fantasy points in three straight games, but he did play 36 minutes last night and will be on the second half of his back-to-back tonight in Sacramento. His numbers have been decent in back-to-back’s this season, but it’s a lot to ask him to buy up 60+ which is what you’ll be looking for if you spend this much on him tonight.

Stephen Curry-Golden State Warriors (8,800): Curry didn’t have a great road trip aside fro a big game in Toronto a week ago. He had 48.1 fantasy points in that contest but followed that with 36.9 fantasy points in Boston, 32.5 fantasy points in Milwaukee, and 39.2 fantasy points in Indiana. Tonight, he and the Warriors return home to face the Lakers who were beaten up by Russell Westbrook last night. Curry should be able to get back over 40 fantasy points at home against the Lakers who he had 13-8-10 against earlier this season for 41.6 fantasy points.

Isaiah Thomas-Boston Celtics (8,200): IT4 had a solid 29 points in 32 minutes in the Celtics win in Minnesota. He had a season-low three assists but still finished with 36.9 fantasy points giving him at least that many in four of his last five games and nine of his last 11. Thomas is in a great matchup tonight against the Nets who are allowing more fantasy points per game to opposing PG than any other team in the NBA. Thomas should be able to go into attack mode early and could approach the 46.7 fantasy points he had against Brooklyn back in the season-opener on October 26.

Kyrie Irving-Cleveland Cavaliers (7,600): Kyrie had his first double-double of the year last Friday in the Cavs last game when he finished with 25-2-11 in just 29 minutes against the Pistons. He ended up with 45.9 fantasy points in that game giving him 35 fantasy points or more in five of his last six. Tonight, he gets a good matchup with the Blazers as he goes head-to-head with Damain Lillard. The Blazers played last night in New York, so Irivng catches the dynamic Lillard/McCollum duo on a good day to go up against them.∗∗

Mike Conley-Memphis Grizzlies (7,100): Conley is a boom-or-bust play against he 76ers tonight in Philadelphia. He had 31 points on Monday against Charlotte and finished with 43.8 fantasy points. He had 50 fantasy points last week against the Clippers and has a ton of upside to like. However, he does have some ugly quiet games as well as evidenced by his 21.3 and 27.3 fantasy points in the two games between those two 40+ fantasy point outbursts.

Jeff Teague-Indiana Pacers (7,000): Teague takes on his former team as the Hawks come to Indiana tonight. Atlanta has struggled to defend opposing PG all season since trading Teague this offseason, and he’s a great #RevengeGame candidate as he takes them on tonight. Teague had 58.5 fantasy points against the Thunder on Sunday but was forced to leave Monday’s game with an ankle injury. Coach Nate McMillan said Teague could have returned if the game was competitive, but he should be all systems go for tonight. If Paul George, Myles Turner, or C.J. Miles can’t make it back for tonight, more of the offense will fall into Teague’s very capable hands.
