High Salary SG

James Harden-Houston Rockets (11,600): The big-ticket item at SG is James Harden tonight as he faces the Raptors. Harden has double-doubles with points and assists in  ten of his last 11 games and has three triple-doubles during that run. He has posted over 50 fantasy points in three straight and ten of his last 11 including a 28-8-11 game in Detroit on Monday. Harden’s numbers have been a touch down from their highest point earlier this month, and he’s in a tough matchup against the Raptors tonight. Toronto is allowing the third-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing SG so far this season. While that definitely doesn’t mean Harden won’t go off against them tonight, I think it does slightly lessen the chance he goes for 60+ fantasy points which is what he’s have to do to get over value tonight.

Nicolas Batum-Charlotte Hornets (6,400): Batum and the Hornets struggled in their last game against the Grizzlies who held “Boom-Boom” to under 20 fantasy points. In his previous five games, Batum had posted at least 30 fantasy points including three games with over 40 fantasy points. Tonight, he should have an easier time of things against the Spurs as long as Kawhi Leonard focuses on taking Kemba Walker out of the game. Batum is a producer in multiple categories when he’s at his best, so roll with him tonight if you have over 6K to spend at SG.

Klay Thompson-Golden State Warriors (6,000): Thompson has over 28 fantasy points in three straight and four of his last five games and offers more scoring but less non-scoring production than Batum. Thompson had been especially effective at home where he’ll face the Lakers tonight. He only had 17.1 fantasy points the first time these teams met, but since then he has shaken off a mini shooting slump and gotten back to scoring 25+ points per game.
