Here’s how you can watch Wednesday evening’s Michigan vs South Carolina game from Columbia online.

Fresh off a 2K Classic Tournament title, the Michigan Wolverines are the first team outside the AP Top 25 this week. Many would argue that Michigan belongs in the rankings, but the Wolverines have yet to really beat anyone special.

Senior guard Derrick Walton is the guy to watch for as this is supposed to be his breakout campaign with Caris LeVert gone. He’s averaging 14 points, second to Zak Irvin, and four assists per game while making 14-of-28 three-pointers thus far.

Like always, the Wolverines love to rely on the three-ball. Michigan isn’t the biggest team, so that’s why points in the paint aren’t going to jump off the stat sheet. The Wolverines are shooting about 38 percent from three-point land.

South Carolina has a prime opportunity to prove that it belongs in the SEC title talks with a home win over one of the most underrated teams in college basketball. The Gamecocks are also 4-0, but don’t necessarily have the quality of wins Michigan does thus far.

Well, neither team has beaten anyone of importance to this point, but this is a chance for South Carolina to make a statement. Senior guard Sindarius Thornwell is having a breakout season, averaging 20.8 points and 6.5 rebounds per game while shooting 48 percent from three-point range.

The Gamecocks could present problems in the rebounding battle for the Wolverines as they average 40 boards per game. Also, South Carolina is a sharpshooting team, making 40 percent of its three-point shots.
