Rivalry Week is here and the FanSided staff is ready to make their college football picks and predictions for the week’s biggest games.
Thanksgiving week is here which means it’s Rivalry Week in college football. What will be the final week of the regular season for all but a few schools, this week’s games will see College Football Playoff bids locked up in all likelihood in the SEC and perhaps in the Big Ten.
The FanSided staff picked the winners of the best rivalry games from Florida-Florida State to The Iron Bowl with Alabama and Auburn to The Game with Michigan and Ohio State to the Apple Cup with Washington and Washington State on Friday night. This week’s site expert who joins us to make picks is Tyler Fenwick from our Michigan team site GBMWolverine.com. Fenwick represents the Wolverines but he didn’t pick Michigan to beat the rival Buckeyes on Saturday as he is one of seven to pick No. 2 Ohio State.
It wasn’t unanimous, but four other games had the total support from the pickers including Penn State over Michigan State, USC over Notre Dame, Alabama over Auburn and Washington over Washington State on Friday. Colorado was one pick away from being a unanimous decision over Utah.
