High Salary C

DeMarcus Cousins-Sacramento Kings (9,900): The Kings big man has over 54 fantasy points in four of his last five games with the only down game coming as a result of early foul trouble. He finished with 36-13-2 and 57.25 fantasy points in the Kings win on Wednesday. As the Kings go with a smaller lineup including Boogie at center he should find more opportunities for work on the glass and have the potential for 50+ fantasy points almost every night. In what should be high-scoring matchup against the Rockets tonight he’s the best center money can buy.∗∗∗∗

Dwight Howard-Atlanta Hawks (7,200): Howard has been excellent for the Hawks except for a few blowout games where his minutes were reduced. One of those games was Tuesday when he had just 22.5 fantasy points, but he has 46.25 fantasy points, 45.5 fantasy points, and 49.5 fantasy points in his other three games since a thigh contusion forced him to miss one game just over a week ago. Howard will have to go against Rudy Gobert tonight in Utah, but after a 23-point, 20-rebound game against the Pacers on Wednesday he’s averaging 14.8 points and 13.3 rebounds per contest for 39.1 fantasy points per game.

Marc Gasol-Memphis Grizzlies (6,700): Gasol has been one of my go-to mid-range options this season, and he’s still a good buy at under 7K. Gasol played 45 minutes on Wednesday in Memphis’s double-OT win over Philadelphia posting 48.5 fantasy points on 27-4-4 with three blocks and three assists. He has over 40 fantasy points in three of his last five games and will look to produce in tonight’s matchup with Hassan Whiteside. While Whiteside is turning things on offensively and remains a good defender, Miami is allowing the third-most fantasy points per game to opposing centers, so they definitely aren’t a complete stay-away option.
