Arsenal face Bournemouth at Emirates Stadium on Sunday. Here’s all the info you need to watch.
Arsenal need a win against Bournemouth to keep pace with the top 3 clubs – Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City – in the Premier League, all of which won their respective matches on Saturday. Securing three points on Sunday gives Arsenal 28 points, two behind Liverpool and City, and three behind leaders Chelsea.
Two consecutive league draws have left the Gunners in their current position; luckily for Arsenal supporters, dreaded rival Tottenham lost to Chelsea on Saturday, leaving them a point behind Arsenal. Arsene Wenger will be keen to put a little more daylight between the two London clubs while at the same time staying in the Premier League title race. He will have to do so without Santi Cazorla and Hector Bellerin. Both remain sidelined with injuries.
Bournemouth ended a two-game skid by beating Stoke City 1-0 in their last Premier League match. They are currently in 10th place and could jump above West Brom to ninth in the unlikely event they manage to beat Arsenal. Jack Wilshere would have probably enjoyed to the opportunity to play against the team that loaned him out, but is not allowed to play due to his loan deal.
