Here’s what the projected top 4 of the College Football Playoff is expected to look like after Week 13 of the season.

Week 13 of the College Football Season is in the books and we are just a slate of conference championship games away from the College Football Playoff being set in stone. The big game on Saturday saw the Ohio State Buckeyes outlast the Michigan Wolverines in overtime.

Although they won’t be playing in the Big Ten Championship Game, Ohio State is likely to get into the College Football Playoff as the expected No. 2 seed. Alabama took care of business in the Iron Bowl as well and they’ll likely be the No. 1 seed after the SEC Championship Game.

The other two spots should belong to Clemson and Washington for now. Clemson blew out South Carolina at home on Saturday night. With a win in the ACC Championship Game, Clemson should be punching their ticket back to the College Football Playoff.

Washington was very impressive in their win over Washington State in the Apple Cup on Friday. If they knock off Colorado in the Pac-12 Championship, then they’ll likely get in as the last seed if everything unfolds as expected.

Right behind them is the crop of Wisconsin, Penn State, Oklahoma and Colorado. Michigan technically would fit in that group but their loss came at the worst time. The official rankings come out Tuesday and the picture should be a lot more clear on how to get in.
