High Salary PF

Anthony Davis-New Orleans Pelicans (11,900): Davis played a season-high matching 43 minutes on Friday finishing with 31-13-2 and a handful of blocks for 62.25 fantasy points. He has over 62 fantasy points in four of his five games since returning from a one-game absence, and he’ll look to carry the Pelicans again tonight in a good matchup against the Mavericks. Dallas has gotten off to a disastrous start to the season, and “The Brow” will look to keep their season in a tailspin tonight in Dallas. Davis has been playing better than James Harden lately, so I’d give him a slight edge in the two players who cost over 11K tonight.∗∗∗

Paul Millsap-Atlanta Hawks (7,300): Millsap didn’t have a  happy homecoming to Utah on Friday totaling just 23.25 fantasy points on 11 points and five rebounds. It was an ugly game for the Jazz who were blown out early, but they’ll look to bounce back in LA as they face the Lakers tonight. Millsap will look to bounce back as well. He has put together some great stat lines lately with over 40 fantasy points in four of his last six games but he only managed 27 and 23.25 fantasy points in two of his last three. The Lakers have allowed the seventh-most fantasy points per game to opposing PF this season, but Millsap struglged against them when the teams met earlier this month. He has huge upside, but his recent struggles and a bad game against LA last time make him high-risk tonight.

Jabari Parker-Milwaukee Bucks (6,300): Another player who needs to bounce back a bit is Jabari Parker. Parker struggled mightily on Friday finishing with only 18.5 fantasy points against the Raptors. However, he fared much better with 22-3-3 and 38.75 fantasy points against Orlando last Monday. He’ll take on the Magic again tonight, and if he gets over 35 fantasy points he’ll have reached that level in seven of his last 11 games.∗∗∗

Serge Ibaka-Orlando Magic (6,200): On the other side of that Eastern Conference matchup in Orlando, Ibaka makes sense after he hung 42.5 fantasy points on Parker and the Bucks on Monday and also had a strong 42 fantasy points against the Wizards on Friday. On Wednesday, he was a big disappointment against the Suns for just 15.5 fantasy points in what should have been a great matchup to attack. Ibaka is riskier than Parker, but he does have high upside if he connects tonight.
