Drew Brees and company were at it again this past weekend, putting up 42 points on the Los Angeles Rams inside the Superdome. The issue this season has not been the offense, which is once again one of the more high-powered units in the NFC. The problem has been stopping anybody, as the team looks like a leaky faucet at times, especially in the secondary.

The 2017 NFL Draft should be stockpiled with good cornerbacks, and Florida’s Teez Tabor just may be the second-best of them all. Behind Marlon Humphrey of Alabama, Tabor is the most complete cornerback, due to his ability to defend against the pass, and come up and hit when needed. He is the kind of player who strikes fear into a quarterback’s heart, as they have not tested him at all this season it seems.

Tabor is an absolute ball-hawk, and he should grade out to be a plus-cornerback at the next level. He and Quincy Wilson have formed the best 1-2 cornerback tandem in the SEC, and they have led the Gators to a solid season despite the team struggling on the offensive side of the ball. He should be available when the Saints pick in the first round, and he would be perfect for Sean Payton and the rest of the Saints down in the Bayou.
