17. player. 54. . CB. Ohio State. Marshon Lattimore

The Philadelphia Eagles were exploited in the secondary by Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers on Monday Night Football, as their cornerbacks looked lost at times. They were beat by slants time and time again, leading to a two-touchdown game for the Packers quarterback. The Eagles have a couple of holes in their roster, but bolstering the secondary should be a priority next April.

Ohio State’s Marshon Lattimore is a dynamic cornerback, who has helped the Buckeyes become one of the better defensive programs in the country. Lattimore is a punishing hitter, who would fit in perfectly with the fan base in Philadelphia. There is nothing Eagles fans love more than a player who puts it on the line every play, and Lattimore is that kind of player.

Lattimore and Gareon Conley are a formidable 1-2 punch for the Buckeyes in the secondary, and they just may lead them to the College Football Playoff. Some believe the Buckeyes secondary is the closest to an NFL unit as there is in college football, and Lattimore is the unquestioned leader. The Eagles need to be able to stop the likes of Kirk Cousins, Eli Manning, and Dak Prescott on a weekly basis, and Lattimore would go a long way in ensuring the Birds have solid corners against the pass.
