ESPN College GameDay will broadcast this Saturday live from Indianapolis, ahead of the Big Ten Championship game between Wisconsin and Penn State.
Championship Week is upon us for many schools across the country, and the ESPN College GameDay crew will be on hand for one of those huge games. This Saturday, they will be in Indianapolis for the Big Ten Championship game between #6 Wisconin and #7 Penn State.
A lot is at stake for these two teams, as the winner could have a sniper’s shot at getting into the four-team College Football Playoff. But in order for that to happen, they need a little help from Clemson and Washington to lose their respective conference title games this week.
Wisconsin won six straight games to walk away with the Big Ten West division. They dominated opponents, averaging almost 43 points per game and racking up 21 interceptions. Those 21 picks were enough to end the regular season leading the nation.
Get ready, Indy.

Penn State didn’t do too bad either, coming in with eight straight wins for the East title. They pulled off a monumental upset by defeating Ohio State in October and claimed a division that also includes Michigan. Now they will face the Badgers for the first time since 2013, and how fitting that it’s also their first trip to the Big Ten Championship game?
Now the question remains to what team will Lee Corso predict as the winner. Each week, he dons the mascot head of the team he thinks will come away with the win. This week, he’ll choose between the Badgers and the Nittany Lions, with the winner possibly sliding into position for a shot at the College Football Playoff.
