Here’s how to watch Thursday’s matchup between the Vermont Catamounts and No. 20 South Carolina Gamecocks online.
The No. 20 South Carolina Gamecocks will look to remain undefeated when they host the Vermont Catamounts on Thursday night at Colonial Life Arena.
South Carolina won 15 straight to begin the season a year ago, only to finish at 25-9 and miss the NCAA Tournament. Frank Martin’s team is off to another good start at 6-0, including impressive wins over a pair of ranked teams in Michigan and Syracuse a week ago.
The Gamecocks have been playing suffocating defense with just 0.809 points allowed per possession to rank seventh in the nation. Both the Wolverines and Orange were held to 50 points or fewer by South Carolina.
Senior guard Sindarius Thornwell has led the offense by averaging 20 points and seven rebounds per game. Fellow guards Duane Notice and PJ Dozier are also in double figures scoring for the Gamecocks.
Once again, the SEC looks to be in for a down year outside of Kentucky, so South Carolina can’t afford any losses to low major teams on its NCAA Tournament resume. Thursday’s game begins at 6:30 p.m. Eastern on SEC Network+, with full streaming details available below.

Sixth-year head coach John Becker is hoping to lead the Catamounts to their first AEC title and NCAA Tournament appearance since 2012. Vermont currently sits at 6-2, with a notable win over a decent Yale team last Saturday and a close loss to Houston earlier that week.
