On Friday Dec. 1, the Montreal Canadiens face the San Jose Sharks at 10:30 p.m. ET. Here’s how you can watch this NHL game online via live streaming.

Friday Dec. 1 will feature two of the best teams in the NHL going at it. The San Jose Sharks (14-9-1) will host the visiting Montreal Canadiens (16-5-2) at the SAP Center. This game starts at 10:30 p.m. ET and will be shown on CSN California, Sportsnet East, and RDS. NHL.tv subscribers will be able to see it via the service.

Montreal enters this game with a 5-4-1 record over their last 10 games. They are 4-4-1 on the road this season and have the best record in the NHL. This season, Montreal has been led by 2014-15 Vezina Trophy and Hart Trophy winner Carey Price. While Devan Dubnyk has provided him with strong competition, Price barely edges out Dubnyk in the key categories.

Alex Galchenyuk leads the team in goals with nine and points with 22. Montreal’s assist leader is defenseman Andrei Markov. Shea Weber has 18 points in 23 games. While they have struggled as of late on offense, their defense has stepped up.

On the other side of the ice, San Jose is coming off a 4-1 win over the Los Angeles Kings on Wednesday. They have a 6-3-1 record over their last 10 games. At home this season, the Sharks have an 8-3-0 record. Defenseman Brent Burns and forward Joe Pavelski are tied for the team lead with 21 points. Burns and Logan Couture each have nine goals, the most on the Sharks.
